A practicing urologist for over 25 years, Dr. Clark has maintained an up-to-date approach to urologic care. His areas of expertise include: cancers of the genitourinary tract (bladder, kidney, prostate, etc), urinary stone disease (kidney, ureter, bladder), neuromodulation (implanting nerve stimulators for bladder dysfunction), and the newest laser techniques for prostate conditions. He is a member of the Boulder Community Hospital Tumor Board and stays active in out-reach programs to keep the community informed on the latest methods of laparoscopic surgery (robotic surgery). In addition, Dr. Clark has proctored many doctors and enjoys educating patients and colleagues about urological care.
Sam Melouk, M.D.

Dr. Melouk has been proudly providing state-of-the-art urologic care to the Greater Boulder County area since joining Alpine Urology in 1998. He maintains a general urology practice with areas of expertise that include urinary tract cancers, robotic surgery, urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapse, urinary tract stone disease, and prostate disorders. He has spent countless hours attending various workshops, courses, seminars, and meetings so that he may provide his patients the newest and most advanced treatments available in the field of urology.
Cragin Anderson, M.D.

After working as a mechanical engineer, Dr. Anderson trained at Emory in Atlanta, GA and began practicing urology in 1997. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Urologic Association, as well as local and regional urologic societies. He practices primarily in the Alpine Urology Avista Hospital office. His practice interests include needleless vasectomy, male prostate health and minimally invasive treatments of prostate enlargement, kidney stone treatment and prevention, female pelvic prolapse and stress urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, as well as surgical and radiation treatment for prostate cancer.
John Kefer, M.D.

We are pleased to announce Dr. Kefer, as our newest member of Alpine Urology. Dr Kefer trained with the leaders in the field of urology at the Cleveland Clinic Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute, the largest and most specialized urology program in the United States. Dr Kefer specializes in the latest management of urological issues, including: urinary incontinence in women and men, kidney stone disease, cancers of the kidney, prostate or bladder, prostate enlargement, men's family planning (vasectomy, vasectomy reversals and male fertility), as well as female pelvic organ prolapse. He has surgical expertise in robotic surgical procedures as well as laparoscopic and standard surgical techniques.
