Testicular Self-Exam
Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men 15 to 40 years old. But because it can strike any man at any time, all men should perform testicular self-exams.

1. Check your testicles once a month during or after a warm bath or shower.

2. Roll each testicle between your thumb and finger as illustrated to the right. Feel for hard lumps or bumps.

3. If you notice a change or have aches or lumps, tell your doctor right away so something can be done about it.

Testicular Cancer can be cured if you find it early.
